As an avid reader I am always trying to find new books that pertain to my business and how I want to operate it. As a Realtor, the sky's the limit, but there are not very many templates out there to follow, and a lack of mentors that have the time to help. I recently read a book called "The E-Myth Revisited" by Michael Gerber that really hit home for me. In a nut shell it talks about creating Turn Key SYSTEMS that when applied correctly duplicate a successful result over and over again. (they compare it to McDonald's). I found it very interesting and learned to work not just "on" my business but also "in" it. I read it in about 2 days and would encourage any of you starting out, or looking for other solutions to your everyday business grind, to give it a try.
